Key Responsibilities

  • Assist technicians with vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
  • Learn manufacturer-approved diagnostic and repair procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance under supervision.
  • Maintain workshop equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
  • Follow workshop processes, health and safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.
  • Complete technical training and apprenticeship assessments.
  • Develop product knowledge and practical workshop skills through ongoing learning.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric), with Mathematics and Physical Science preferred.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and vehicle technology.

The HR Administrator plays an important role in supporting our people and maintaining the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealership. From onboarding new employees and payroll administration to employee relations and HR compliance, this role helps ensure every team member is supported throughout their journey at Phase V Automotive.

Working closely with management, you’ll contribute to a professional, compliant and people-focused workplace that reflects the standards of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll administration, leave records and time & attendance processes.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, contracts and offboarding documentation.
  • Support employee relations, disciplinary processes and HR administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legislative compliance.
  • Provide HR guidance and administrative support to managers and employees.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits and internal communications.
  • Ensure dealership HR practices align with company policies and South African labour legislation.

Requirements

  • Relevant Human Resources qualification.
  • Previous experience in a generalist Human Resources role.
  • Experience with payroll administration and HR systems.
  • Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation.
  • Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills.
  • Professional, confidential and detail-orientated.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport.

Parts Sales Executive

The Parts Sales Executive plays an important role in supporting both our workshop and retail customers. This position requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering efficient, accurate service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist workshop technicians and retail customers with parts enquiries.
  • Identify and source genuine manufacturer parts.
  • Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and inventory records.
